Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Lead eDiscovery Analyst to drive end-to-end eDiscovery, digital forensics, and litigation support within the in-house Legal team. You will collaborate with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and external counsel to ensure defensible ESI handling and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in eDiscovery, strong certifications (EnCE/CCE/CFCE), and hands-on experience with EnCase, Relativity, Purview, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or legal-related field; master preferred.
7–10+ years in eDiscovery, forensics, or litigation support.
Experience supporting legal departments or corporate investigations.
EnCE, CCE, CFCE or equivalent certifications required.

Responsibilities

Support full eDiscovery lifecycle: identif ication, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of ESI.
Serve as primary liaison between Legal and IT, Security, Compliance, HR, outside counsel, and vendors.
Conduct and oversee forensic data collections, ensuring chain-of-custody and admissibility.
