Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead eDiscovery Analyst to join its in‑house Legal team. This role provides critical eDiscovery, digital forensics, and litigation support to the Litigation and Labor & Employment teams, ensuring the defensible management of electronically stored information (ESI) across legal matters, investigations, and regulatory requests.

The analyst will partner with Legal, IT, Compliance, and HR, manage the end‑to‑end eDiscovery lifecycle, oversee preservation and DSAR responses, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
7-10+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting legal departments, law firms, or corporate investigations functions.
Relevant forensic certifications such as EnCE, CCE, CFCE, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

eDiscovery management across the full lifecycle for litigation, employment matters, investigations and DSARs.
Serve as primary liaison between Legal and IT, Compliance, HR, outside counsel, and vendors.
Conduct and oversee forensic data collections and analyses with proper chain‑of‑custody.
Perform endpoint and data source forensics to identify and interpret evidence for matters.
