Ericsson Silicon is seeking a Senior EDA Ecosystem Technical Program Manager to define and scale our EDA tool ecosystem across programs and engineering teams in Austin, TX. You will lead strategy, vendor partnerships, and cross-site enablement, driving multi‑million‑dollar decisions with data-driven insight while shaping the RTL-to-GDSII workflow and EDA roadmap for next‑gen silicon programs.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry.
• Deep knowledge of RTL-to-GDSII design flow and tool capabilities.
• Hands-on CAD/EDA background with strategic leadership.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, SOWs, and exec engagements.
• Multi-site delivery across US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Define EDA ecosystem strategy and vendor partnerships.
• Drive multi-year EDA capability roadmap.
• Manage license portfolio, forecast demand, and cost reductions.
• Coordinate cross-site collaboration and enablement for tooling.
