Job summary

Ericsson Silicon in Austin, Texas seeks a Silicon CAD Technical Product Manager within Central Engineering, Strategy & Operations. You will translate engineering needs into a prioritized portfolio and drive initiatives across design methodologies, EDA workflows and automation.

The role partners with CAD leadership to align roadmaps, coordinate qualification, and ensure timely delivery. A master’s degree with 7+ years in ASIC/SoC or related EDA engineering and strong CI/CD, cross‑functional

Qualifications

Master’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience.
Background in ASIC/SoC design, verification, Silicon CAD, EDA or related engineering with proven delivery.
End-to-end RTL-to-signoff understanding with cross-functional coordination.
Working knowledge of CI/CD, automation and controlled releases.

Responsibilities

Consolidate needs and set priorities across IP and SoC teams.
Align technical interfaces and drive decisions with CAD leadership.
Maintain an integrated roadmap and delivery plan for initiatives.
Coordinate qualification, release readiness and evidence.
Translate engineering needs into actions with infrastructure and security teams.
Drive adoption, documentation and knowledge transfer for sustained impact.
