Job summary

Ericsson Silicon in Austin, Texas is seeking a Silicon CAD Technical Product Manager. You will consolidate engineering needs into a prioritized portfolio, translate requirements into executable plans, and drive cross-functional execution across IP and SoC teams.

The role emphasizes RTL quality, synthesis, timing, power, and automated quality gates, with a focus on delivery excellence and measurable improvements in development quality, productivity and predictability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in ASIC/SoC design, verification, Silicon CAD, physical implementation or related EDA engineering.
• End-to-end RTL-to-signoff understanding with ability to manage cross-flow dependencies.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, development automation and controlled releases.
• Ability to translate complex engineering needs into clear priorities, plans and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate needs and set priorities across IP and SoC teams.
• Align technical interfaces and drive decisions with CAD leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead integrated execution with a single roadmap and defined milestones.
• Coordinate qualification and release readiness with engineering specialists and EDA vendors.
• Drive adoption, documentation, and knowledge transfer across teams.
