• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with Pharmaceutical R&D or life sciences preferred
• Ability to translate business strategy to technical concepts
• Travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Lead large ecosystem and innovation programs with senior stakeholders
• Translate between business objectives and technical considerations
• Shape change strategies for adoption and scale
