Job summary

ParetoHealth is seeking a senior executive to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of the Savings Engine ecosystem end-to-end. This platform-level role oversees partner strategy, performance, and expansion across medical, pharmacy, PBMs, and TPAs.

The ideal candidate will drive multi-year roadmaps, establish KPIs, and lead organizational growth to sustain market leadership in cost containment. This is a hybrid, senior leadership position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare/insurance space.
• 10+ years of progressive people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own ecosystem strategy and multi-year roadmap for medical and pharmacy solutions.
• Direct leadership of key partner heads and establish KPIs and performance discipline.
• Own executive relationships with Point Solutions, PBMs, and TPAs; manage renewals and growth.
• Build a best-in-class partner management capability with governance and scorecards.
• Coordinate commercial and marketing integration to drive adoption and measurable impact.
• Provide platform-level accountability for the Savings Engine ecosystem.
