As Chief Growth Officer, you will architect long-term growth, align cross-functional teams, and drive durable ARR expansion with an external-facing, executive-ready cadence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operating, strategy and execution experience.
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS or healthcare technology firms.
• Executive presence and high emotional intelligence to align senior leaders.
• Deep healthcare and payor fluency to translate value into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue targets at scale.
• Develop market strategy and GTM plans for new verticals and segments.
• Lead pricing and revenue architecture to maximize long-term ARR.
• Drive strategic partnerships and ecosystem orchestration across channels.
• Represent the company as executive sponsor for landmark partnerships.
• Oversee market research, intelligence, and KPI dashboards.
