Job summary

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to accelerate organic growth across payer partnerships, identify opportunities, optimize contract performance, and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role serves as the primary liaison with health plan partners, leads cross-functional initiatives, and drives member growth, performance improvements, and durable payer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public health, finance, marketing or related field.
• 8–12+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• 5+ years in payer/provider partnerships or related growth roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute payer-specific growth strategies with senior leadership.
• Strengthen payer relationships and drive membership growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address payer performance and issues.
• Lead strategic initiatives like RFPs and contract renewals.
• Monitor contract performance and report to leadership.
