Job summary

pladis is seeking a seasoned Demand Planner for eCommerce to develop forecasts and inventory plans across Wholesale.com, Costco.com, Amazon Fresh, and Fresh Direct. You will partner with Channel Leads, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Planning to translate commercial strategies into actionable forecasts and ensure product availability while balancing service levels and inventory health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Planning or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning process across assigned eCommerce channels.
• Develop category- and item-level sales and inventory plans.
• Create seasonal forecasts using historical data and promotional plans.
• Monitor forecast vs actuals and adjust as needed.
