The role involves collaboration across departments to drive integration, data quality, and change management, enabling next-gen digital asset initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6-10 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with EAMS, CMMS, or asset management solutions preferred.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and workflow design skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business and technology to support EAMS implementation and evolution.
• Analyze approved requirements and translate into system workflows and specs.
• Ensure regulatory and business requirements are reflected in the EAMS platform.
• Develop asset lifecycle processes and standards with stakeholders across divisions.
• Coordinate testing strategies, including integration and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate on data governance and asset information management initiatives.
• Assist with training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
