Xcel Energy is seeking a Senior Technology Solution Consultant to bridge business needs with technology during enterprise transformation for Operations. You will own SAP EAM processes end-to-end, work with SAP Asset Manager, GIS integrations, and coordinate with partners to ensure design feasibility and future state readiness.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 7+ years of transformation or domain experience, plus travel and hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in a domain-specific or transformation role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business processes.
• Advanced process and system thinking; functional solution literacy.
• Stakeholder alignment and cross-functional influence skills.
• Knowledge of integration points across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM business processes, including requirements, blueprinting, design, testing, go-live and post go-live support.
• Implement and integrate SAP EAM/PM with SAP Asset Manager, SAP Field Service Management and GIS systems.
• Translate business needs into documented functional/technical requirements.
• Collaborate with partners, architects and engineering teams on solution design.
• Validate design against end-to-end processes and integration points.
• Act as domain SME across design, build, testing, migration and deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional design decisions and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support readiness, traceability and design documentation.
