Job summary

The City of Englewood seeks a Maintenance Reliability Analyst to manage and improve the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and asset data. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and IT to deliver insights through reports, dashboards, and analytics that inform reliability, risk, and lifecycle decisions.

You will lead EAM customization, user training, data governance, and system upgrades, while supporting preventive/predictive maintenance and asset renewal planning across the

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred in Asset Management or Engineering.
4 years of experience administering Asset Management Systems (e.g., Nexgen, Infor, Maximo).
Experience with data governance and QA/QC in asset data.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, customize, and continuously improve the EAM system including roles, permissions, workflows, and mobile features.
Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, dashboards, and data visualizations for reliability and lifecycle decision-making.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning, inventory management, and asset renewal planning.
