Job summary

Stand8 Technology Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, Information Management, and technology partners for an enterprise asset management system. You will analyze requirements, map processes, validate data, and support testing and integrations.

In this hybrid role in Long Beach, CA, you’ll contribute to initiatives in predictive maintenance, asset analytics, and Digital Twin technologies, while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• IAM certification and ISO 5500 domain expertise
• Experience with EAM/CMMS or infrastructure asset management solutions
• Understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow design
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations, APIs, and data management concepts
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT/MIS/Data Analytics or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, Information Management, and technology partners.
• Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and system requirements.
• Map current and future-state processes, workflows, and asset management procedures.
• Support design and implementation of enterprise asset management system functionality.
• Analyze system integrations, APIs, data flows, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate integration testing and UAT.
• Organize end-user requirements, training, and acceptance testing sessions.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and data quality.
• Support stakeholder communications, issue resolution, status reporting, and implementation coordination.
• Assist with data analysis, system validation, and reporting activities.
• Contribute to predictive maintenance, asset analytics, smart infrastructure, and Digital Twin initiatives.
• Mentor or lead other analysts as needed.
