Job summary

Tractor Supply Company, through its Petsense brand, seeks a Digital Merchant & Site Manager to define the multi-year ecommerce strategy for the Petsense website. You will own platform direction, content, and product categories, while managing vendors, promotions, and site merchandising to drive online sales and margins.

You'll partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver a best-in-class Petsense site.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of merchandising experience.
• Experience with Shopify-based ecommerce; comparable platforms accepted.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a 3 to 5-year ecommerce business plan.
• Oversee online merchandise and financial accountability for sales, gross margins, and inventory.
• Create a multi-year plan supporting a long tail of products.
• Coordinate structured content for all online products.
• Lead vendor partnerships and promotional planning.
• Manage a small team to execute ecommerce merchandising priorities.
• Provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to partners.
• Pull and analyze reports to manage the business.
