PetSmart is seeking a Director of Site Merchandising to define and lead enterprise site merchandising strategy across web and mobile, driving profitable growth through customer-centric merchandising, content, and discovery experiences.

This leader partners with Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, and Operations to shape the future of PetSmart's digital shopping journey and deliver measurable improvements in customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading digital merchandising in a large-scale retailer.
• Experience developing enterprise strategies that deliver measurable growth across digital commerce.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve PetSmart's long-term site merchandising strategy across web and mobile.
• Own the strategic roadmap for digital product discovery, including browse, search, category experiences, promotional merchandising, and content optimization.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing merchandising organization through vision, coaching, and accountability.
• Establish operating models, governance, and cross-functional processes to improve execution speed and scalability.
• Build partnerships across the enterprise to align stakeholders around outcomes.
• Establish performance metrics and use analytics to link initiatives to outcomes and financial impact.
