Job summary

Qixas Group is recruiting a Strategic Business Development Manager (Microsoft Dynamics ERP) for a remote, full-time role in Canada. You will drive growth by developing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to deliver ERP solutions.

You will engage business and technology leaders, navigate complex ERP needs, and craft proposals and business cases. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and related platforms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in business development, consultative sales, ERP consulting, or enterprise tech services.
• Experience closing complex B2B engagements.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, particularly Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across target industries and client segments.
• Generate opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, events, and partnerships.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through proposal and contract execution.
• Build relationships with executives and technology decision-makers.
