Job summary

iFacto is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Consultant for our DX Steel division. You will implement business processes in Dynamics 365 Business Central, connecting ERP workflows and data across customers’ operations to drive efficiency.

You will analyze and optimize processes in storage and production, maintain a customer-centric approach, and leverage familiar Microsoft tools such as Office 365, Power BI and Dynamics CRM to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• HBO level education or equivalent professional training.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC (preferably 2017+).
• Ability to analyze wholesale and manufacturing processes and connect ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up business processes using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work with customers to ensure systems communicate seamlessly and efficiently.
• Challenge existing setups to improve efficiency and user experience.
