Job summary

Clarity Benefit Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics & Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the unified Microsoft business platform. You will guide adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-enabled solutions across Sales, Client Services, Operations, and Finance.

Responsibilities include defining architecture standards, leading platform modernization, and ensuring secure, scalable integrations with Dataverse, Azure services, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in technology and enterprise applications.
• 5+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 experience and 3+ years in Sales/Customer Service modules.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, data modeling, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Leadership and business transformation with adoption of Dynamics 365 and AI-enabled solutions.
• Own enterprise platform architecture and roadmap for the Microsoft business platform.
• Lead Dynamics 365 platform governance, security, and best practices.
• Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and data architecture across systems.
• Drive architecture reviews, stakeholder alignment, and project governance.
• Partner with business units to translate needs into scalable technology solutions.
