Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics/Azure/Power Platform.
• Experience designing & implementing Dynamics 365 CRM.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year architectural roadmap for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Architect robust enterprise integration patterns using Azure Integration Services for data flows.
• Oversee data model design and performance within Dataverse for high-volume workloads.
• Establish ALM strategies with Azure DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD routines.
• Define guardrails, environment strategies, and data governance frameworks.
• Mentor teams and lead cross-functional delivery through agile release cycles.
• Escalation lead for complex issues and code reviews; optimize performance.
