Job summary

Verizon is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to drive the multi-year roadmap for CRM, Dataverse, and Azure integrations. You will guide cross-functional teams, enforce ALM practices, and embed AI capabilities into business workflows.

The role requires designing robust enterprise solutions, evaluating new Microsoft technologies, and ensuring security and governance across environments. Collaboration with data engineers and developers is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of work experience.
Six+ years of relevant experience in enterprise CRM architectures.
Experience designing & implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

Define the multi-year architectural roadmap for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Architect end-to-end solutions across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure components.
Oversee data model design, Security Roles/Business Units, and Dataverse performance.
Lead ALM strategies using Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Guide cross-functional teams through agile release cycles and code reviews.
Mentor engineers in Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform best practices.
