Qualifications

• 5+ years in fundraising, stewardship and event coordination.
• Ability to build and maintain strong donor relationships and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nonprofit management or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Executive Director to implement the strategic plan and meet annual objectives.
• Oversee donor stewardship, recognition and marketing/communications.
• Coordinate and execute New England chapter events, including Soldier Tribute.
• Manage team initiatives and assist regional Board operations.
• Occasional evening and weekend programming.
