Qualifications

• 5+ years in fundraising, donor stewardship, and event coordination.
• Strong donor relationship development and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nonprofit management or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with fundraising software; Raiser’s Edge knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with New England community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executive Director on strategic plan implementation to meet annual fundraising goals.
• Oversee donor stewardship, including recognition and marketing/communications.
• Coordinate and execute chapter events across New England.
• Manage team initiatives and assist regional Board operations.
• Occasional evening/weekend programming.
