Job summary

Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) is seeking a full-time Director for Affinity Groups to expand donor engagement across Women’s Brigade, Real Estate Professionals, Financial Services, and other communities in the Northeast region.

You will lead fundraising strategy, manage donor portfolios, cultivate new prospects, and coordinate region-wide events and programs with a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years fundraising experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with donor segmentation and portfolio management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy for affinity groups and set annual goals.
• Manage donor relationships, cultivate new prospects, and design stewardship plans.
• Coordinate regional events, programs, and volunteer leadership engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns, messaging, and donor communications.
• Support and mentor volunteer leadership and ensure fundraising results are achieved.
