Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Philanthropic Project & Database Coordinator to maintain donor data and support fundraising operations. This full-time, M-F hybrid role requires living within commuting distance and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage the donor database, assist with gift entry and reporting, prepare donor profiles, and support data integrity across Salesforce or Raiser's Edge, dashboards, and communications for Foundation leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases, data integrity, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; Raiser's Edge or Salesforce a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database records across users.
• Manage gift entry, reconciliation, batch tracking, and financial reporting support.
• Prepare donor profiles and event-related materials.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data segments for outreach.
