Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Nonprofit Management, or related field with at least 3 year(s) of experience in direct event management.
• Experience supporting senior administrators, faculty, and gift officers.
• Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field with at least 5 year(s) of experience in strategic event planning and donor engagement.
• Experience in academic medicine, healthcare, or development.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Experience in healthcare or higher education fundraising events.
