Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Nonprofit Management, or related field with at least 3 year(s) of experience in direct event management.
• Experience supporting senior administrators, faculty, and gift officers.
• Master's Degree in Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field with at least 5 year(s) of experience in strategic event planning and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Event Planning & Program Development
• Lead execution of the strategic events plans, ensuring development-focused events support donor cultivation, stewardship, campaign priorities, and prospect engagement.
• Translate strategic direction into donor-centric event programming that elevates engagement and advances relationship-building.
• Identify and secure faculty, speakers, and program participants to support enterprise event objectives and messaging.
• Lead the planning and execution of a portfolio of high-impact in-person, virtual, and hybrid events with alignment to enterprise standards.
• Oversee day-to-day event management, including timelines, logistics, run-of-show development, and onsite execution.
• Serve as project lead for assigned events, coordinating across stakeholders and escalating risks to senior leadership.
• Partner with communications and development teams to implement messaging and event materials reflecting strategy and brand standards.
