• Master's Degree in Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field with at least 5 year(s) of experience in strategic event planning and donor engagement.
• Experience in academic medicine, healthcare, or development.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution of donor-focused events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Oversee event timelines, logistics, run-of-show, and onsite execution.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships in line with policies; escalate exceptions as needed.
• Track post-event ROI, surveys, and CRM data; share insights with leadership.
