Job summary

WRI in Washington, DC is seeking a Membership & Annual Giving Manager to build philanthropic support from individuals and family foundations. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 8 days per month and offers a pathway to strengthen donor participation and revenue across annual, sustainer, mid-level, and legacy giving.

You will develop data-informed strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Individual Philanthropy team to advance WRI's fundraising goals and mission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading membership and annual giving programs.
• Strong donor relations and communications skills.
• Background in nonprofit fundraising and development.
