Job summary

The Chicago Foundation for Women is seeking a Manager of Donor Data and Stewardship to lead Raiser's Edge database administration and donor analytics. This role ensures data integrity and supports fundraising campaigns to grow revenue for gender equity programs.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, you will collaborate with the Development team to optimize segmentation, reporting and stewardship activities. Some remote work days are available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years data management/administrative experience, or other relevant business experience.
• Strong business and analytic skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to produce quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Able to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Raiser's Edge database management, queries and reports.
• Track giving trends and projections to inform fundraising strategies.
• Coordinate with Development, Finance and Communications for campaigns.
• Train staff on data entry standards and reporting; audit data quality.
