Job summary

Cure Epilepsy seeks a Manager of Donor Engagement, Growth, and Stewardship in Chicago. You will craft data-driven donor journeys, manage stewardship and annual giving campaigns, and write compelling donor communications across channels.

The role interfaces with fundraising, communications, and programs to deepen engagement and increase annual support. Hybrid work in downtown Chicago with senior responsibilities in donor segmentation, analytics, and storytelling to drive loyalty and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, annual giving, and donor engagement experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Blackbaud) and fundraising databases.

Responsibilities

• Design targeted engagement and stewardship strategies for donors up to $10,000.
• Develop donor journeys from first-time to recurring donors and major gift prospects.
• Create donor communications across channels and manage stewardship activities.
• Lead annual giving campaigns and memorial/tribute programs.
• Analyze donor trends and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
