Job summary

Inflow is seeking a Program and Project Manager to lead a team supporting the Office of the Inspector General for the DoD from Alexandria, VA. You will manage projects in accordance with PMI processes and deliverables.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, PMI PMP certification, and 4+ years of PM experience. You will coordinate with Desktop Publishers, Public Affairs, and other government personnel; on-site 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Active PMI PMP certification.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to pursue a Top Secret.
• Proficient in PMI standards and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent grammar and editing skills; detail-oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a PM team and projects to meet goals.
• Communicate status with team and customer; improve processes.
• Create and maintain project docs in MS Project Server.
• Coordinate with Desktop Publishers and Public Affairs.
• Plan, schedule, track milestones, and manage resources.
• Oversee onsite SIPR report tasks and timesheets.
• Interview candidates; onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Plan quarterly team morale events; manage CAC cards.
