Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager in McLean, VA to serve as the overall lead for contractor work on a multi-project contract. You will plan, budget, staff, ensure quality, and oversee performance while coordinating with government stakeholders.

Requires Active SECRET clearance, a Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, and PMP plus DAWIA PM Advanced certifications, with at least five years of relevant experience managing complex federal programs.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance and maintained.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-project/multi-task contracts.
• PMP certification and DAWIA PM Advanced certification.
• Ability to lead strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead and single point of accountability for contractor work on the contract.
• Manage multi-project/multi-task technical and advisory services; plan, budget, staff, and oversee quality.
• Act as primary government interface and coordinate with stakeholders.
