Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Orange, VA is seeking a Program Manager to lead all phases of the D5 LE FBM program within the Missile Solutions Segment. You will drive planning, execution, strategy, and management to meet orders, revenue, and cash flow targets.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a graduate degree with 2+ years. PMI certification and EVMS experience are a plus. U.S. Secret clearance is a potential requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 4+ years relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, schedule, and budget in line with contract and policy.
• Ensure proper delegation of contract performance responsibilities to teams and suppliers.
• Develop plans for follow-on production programs including proposals and negotiations.
• Brief internal and external customers during Program Management Reviews.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and finance teams.
• Travel up to 25% to other sites and customers.
