Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst II for Arlington, VA. The role supports strategic and technical programs, including TRA/MRL, and liaises with PEOs, SYSCOMs, OSD, and other senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will perform financial planning and analysis, prepare budget submissions, and manage administrative functions to ensure audit readiness and smooth operations within a DoD/DON context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; DoD/DON experience preferred.
• Proven ability to liaise with senior military, government, and civilian personnel.
• Familiarity with the DoD budget cycle, POM development, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of S&T initiatives; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and track program performance.
• Develop and evaluate SOPs for audit readiness and manage data calls.
