Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 7+ years in DoD/DON program management or financial analysis.
• Degree waiver possible with 10 years of relevant DoD/DON experience.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities; experience managing contractor personnel.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with DoD/DON budget cycle, POM development, and federal financial regs.

Responsibilities

• Budget formulation and defense support: prepare financial packages and budget reviews.
• Track IT expenditures and manage budget data in financial systems (PBIS-IT, NAVITAS).
• Coordinate data reconciliation with DFAS and other stakeholders.
• Lead support: manage workload of analyst team and document business processes.
