Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst II (Operations) to provide acquisition program management and analysis support for planning and execution of CPE IEW&S programs across the lifecycle.

The role requires knowledge of DoD acquisition policies, ability to develop and review requirement documents, and strong data management skills to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, business, or sciences.
• Minimum five years in acquisition/program management.
• DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable with DoD acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1).
• Develop/Review Acquisition & Procurement Requirement Documents (APs, Strategies, etc.).
• Program reporting via DAMIR and Acquisition Baseline.
• Plan/assist with major system life cycle tasks/functions.
• Provide data management and analysis for studies.
