Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of DoD, JCS, and Air Force doctrine and personnel management principles.
• Expertise in position management concepts and organizational design for military installations.
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative methods to personnel studies and projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers at a complex military installation on position alignment and management.
• Apply analytical methods to design and conduct personnel studies impacting grade allocations.
• Mentor and direct staff in organizational structuring and workforce optimization.
