Job summary

Apogee seeks a Personnel Manager to support Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF/A10) in Washington, DC. Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility and maintenance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of experience in the relevant discipline; 5 years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, management, and development of the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce.
• Provide advisory support on strategic human capital planning for AF/A10.
• Manage end-to-end civilian personnel actions (recruit-fills, reassignments, classifications).
• Author and optimize critical position descriptions and career progression frameworks.
• Synthesize workforce analytics into briefings and coordination packages.
