Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC seeks a principal expert to provide strategic-level cost analysis and affordability assessments for high-value investments. The role focuses on cost and financial lifecycle sustainability, building complex models and data-driven analyses.

You will support government program managers, assist with funding documents, and contribute to high-level briefings and CONOPS materials for DCGS and related programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience similar to or like the duties as outlined above.
• Specialized experience with DoD or other government agency budgetary or finance processes.
• Specialized experience justifying/defending programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert cost analysis and affordability assessments for high‑value investments.
• Support tactical data systems and interoperability projects.
• Assist government program managers with funding documents and program plans.
• Prepare inputs for DCGS data calls and CONOPS documents.
• Present budget briefs to ODNI, OSD and OMB as required.
