Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks a principal expert analyst to provide strategic-level cost analysis and affordability assessments guiding the agency's investment decisions. You will develop sophisticated financial models and data-driven analyses to ensure programs are affordable over their lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading complex affordability studies, maintaining cost models, authoring financial sections of business cases and AoAs, and advising senior leadership on cost-estimating methodologies

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required.
Federal financial management with focus on cost analysis or affordability.
Advanced Excel and relational databases; build multi-variable financial models.
Experience presenting formal affordability analyses and cost-benefit analyses to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead data-driven affordability analyses for portfolios to inform budget and long-range plans.
Architect and maintain cost models, run what-if and sensitivity analyses.
Author financial sections of AoAs, business cases, and cost analyses for governance.
Serve as subject matter expert on cost estimating methodologies and financial modeling.
