Job summary

Strategic Analytix is seeking a motivated Business Financial Professional to support program budgets, requisitions, and financial planning for government customers. This role collaborates with Government officials and program managers to maintain spend plans and ensure financial data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has DoD/IC purchasing/finance experience and proficiency with NSA financial systems and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Four (4) years of DoD, IC, or 6 (six) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables is required.
Eight (8) years of DoD, IC, or ten (10) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus is required.
Experience in the preparation of reports that reflect programs/project status in areas of cost, schedule and performance is required.
In lieu of a degree, PMP/CDMF or DAWIA Level I in Business/Financial Management may substitute.
Twelve (12) years of DoD/IC or fourteen (14) years... purchasing/finance experience is required.

Responsibilities

Assist with validation of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
Support End of Year activities with Government offices.
Enter, process, and modify requisitions in the NSA’s financial management system.
Create and maintain spend plans in the customer’s financial management system.
Monitor requisitions through approval and certification processes.
Pull financial reports from customer systems and apply acquisition policies.
Provide financial status reports to Government offices and prepare briefing materials.
Coordinate and schedule financial reviews.
