Quantech Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Cost Estimator Associate to join the Business Analytics team supporting the C3I & N Directorate at Hanscom AFB, MA. This on-site role requires 15+ years in cost analysis, including 10+ years in DoD contexts, and proficiency with ACEIT and DoD lifecycle cost estimating.

You will lead cost estimation efforts, develop life cycle cost models, analyze data, quantify risk, and support program managers with contract strategies and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cost analysis, with 10+ years in DoD/USG contexts.
• Proficient in ACEIT and DoD lifecycle cost estimating methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cost analysts and SMEs on diverse projects.
• Develop life cycle cost estimates for DoD weapon system programs.
• Analyze historical data and build cost estimating relationships via regression.
• Assess software program progress tools and provide metrics for program managers.
• Create risk distributions for cost drivers and estimate schedule uncertainty.
• Build spreadsheet-based cost models used for decision analysis.
• Support program managers in contract strategy and planning.
