Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Services required.
• Five years progressively responsible experience in social service programs.
• Experience developing and administering grants and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates administration, operation, and staff of social services programs.
• Seek and manage funding sources; maintain relationships with funders.
• Develop program improvements to maximize client benefits.
• Prepare and administer social service documents, contracts, and grant applications.
• Liaise with Division leadership, Corps, and THQ on program decisions; monitor compliance.
• Review grants, budgets, and proposals; oversee HR activities in the division.
• Travel onsite to conduct CSRC inspections and program reviews.
