Job summary

STLRecruit is seeking a Controller for a rapidly growing division of a well-capitalized organization. You will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and process improvements across the division.

Base compensation is targeted around $200K plus bonus, with outstanding benefits and long-term career growth opportunities in a high-performance culture led by an accomplished CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with public accounting and industry background.
• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity.
• Develop understanding of business drivers behind balance sheet and income statement, including data sources.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive leadership to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Evaluate and enhance ERP, reporting, analytics, and other technology and related processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to support scalability in a fast-growing environment.
