You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning, guiding senior leadership with data-driven insights to drive growth and efficiency across multiple local facilities.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance, ERP systems, and a proven ability to manage teams and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong track record in managing financial teams and collaborating across departments.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with internal controls.
• Direct the preparation and delivery of financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Lead the company’s budgeting process and rolling forecasts; perform variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow planning and working capital optimization.
• Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, tax regulations, and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements and automation in finance.
