You’ll partner with the CEO, Clinical Leadership, and Operations to ensure profitability, revenue accuracy, and budgeting that supports sustainable growth. Key duties include managing P&Ls across clinics, cash flow forecasting, RCM oversight, cost control, and real-time dashboards to reveal true profit and opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• 5+ years in progressive accounting/finance roles, healthcare experience preferred (ABA or multi-site).
• Experience building and interpreting data dashboards for financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide P&Ls and clinic-level profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Manage Revenue Cycle Management and collections targets (≥97%).
• Ensure revenue accuracy and drive cost control without impacting care quality.
• Build real-time financial dashboards for leadership visibility.
