Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a Professional Learning Lead, Operations to manage and motivate a small team of coordinators and lead team-wide operations. You will oversee daily PLG operations, including scheduling professional development, managing systems, travel approvals, and event support.

You will work cross-functionally to evaluate systems and processes, ensuring high-quality team performance and effective collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in operational roles; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and develop a team of coordinators; ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain scalable systems to support operations.
• Evaluate processes and present gaps to senior leadership.
• Oversee scheduling across seven regions; manage travel approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop Salesforce reports and dashboards.
