Job summary

IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used globally, seeks a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and guide districts in the Greater Los Angeles Area through implementation. You’ll ensure each district has a clear plan aligned to goals and initiatives, while delivering professional development and meeting with district leaders to monitor progress.

The role is full-time and remote for LA-area candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive PD to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert supporting large, complex districts with IXL.
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a professional development plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district stakeholders to ensure a consistent implementation.
• Travel within the Greater Los Angeles Area to deliver professional development (40%–60% local travel).
• Collaborate with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships including pilot programs.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and plan next steps.
