Job summary

Circle K is seeking an experienced store leadership professional to oversee operations, implement promotions, and drive profitability across daily retail activities. You will lead store managers, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, bachelor's preferred, strong communication and MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license. You will partner with Marketing and Category teams to optimize stock and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail business experience with 2+ years in management.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong leadership, communication, self-motivation, and customer service focus.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recap promotional activity for store management and report opportunities.
• Manage controllable costs and educate managers on procedures.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new products.
• Provide feedback to category managers on stock issues.
• Ensure store operations are profitable by managing cash and expenses.
• Lead and coach store managers; assist with recruitment and training.
